These terms govern your use of the Binomy mobile app and binomy.net. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Binomy.
Binomy is a housing marketplace operated from Tunisia. You can reach us at [email protected].
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One person, one account. The information on your profile, including your name, date of birth and whether you study or work, must be accurate and kept up to date.
Binomy lets landlords publish listings and lets people browse them, send a rental request, and chat with the landlord. That is the whole of the service.
Check any property in person and read anything you sign before you pay anyone.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, or by following binomy.net/delete-account. Deletion is permanent.
If you publish a listing, you confirm that you have the right to rent the property out and that the price, address, availability and photos are accurate. Photos must be of the property itself and must be yours to publish. Listings ask you to confirm every 30 days that the place is still available; a listing you do not confirm expires. We may remove any listing that breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Our Community Guidelines are part of these terms. In short: be honest, be civil, do not scam anyone, and do not post content that is not yours. Do not use Binomy to advertise anything other than housing, to collect other people's contact details, or to circumvent moderation.
Every listing, profile and conversation can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked. We review reports and may warn, hide content, suspend or permanently remove an account. Serious cases, including suspected fraud, may be referred to the authorities.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store, display and distribute it inside Binomy for as long as you keep it posted, so that we can operate the service. Delete the content or your account and that permission ends.
Binomy is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or discontinue features. We will announce significant changes to these terms in the app and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Binomy after a change means you accept it.
To the extent the law allows, Binomy is not liable for disputes between users, for losses arising from a rental, a payment or a property, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law, and the courts of Tunisia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
